Final submission with IEEE Xplore®-compatible
PDFs
All PDF files intended for inclusion in IEEE Xplore—including title pages, copyright pages,
author indexes, and others—must be validated using IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore standards. Detailed guidelines for PDF validation will be shared with authors upon acceptance of their papers. For any queries or assistance related to the paper submission process, please feel free to reach out to the Publications Chair.
Presentation Requirement: Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by at least one of its authors.
Registration Policy: To ensure inclusion in the final program and proceedings, the presenting author must complete a full (member or non-member) paid registration prior to uploading the final, IEEE-compliant version of the paper.
Cancellation & Substitution: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions of presenters are permitted at any time before the event.
Important Notice: Failure to complete paid speaker registration by the specified deadline will lead to the removal of the paper from both the conference schedule and the official proceedings. Additionally, papers that are not presented at the conference will not be included in the final IEEE Xplore publication.
